May 29, 2008: Only one day until Sex and the City…

This day has been hectic and crazy- I am trying not to feel too overwhelmed with all I have to do.
Breakfast was my trusty overnight oats with litle soy milk, vanilla soy yogurt, flax, cinnamon, and a banana.  I wasn’t too hungry for breakfast this morning so felt really stuffed after eating this.

My stomach is still off this morning- I wasn’t that hungry for breakfast, which I hate, and it made me feel kind of sluggish at work.  Hopefully lots of green tea and water will remedy this situation!

This morning I woke up looking forward to getting back on track with my diet.  On my walk to work, I enjoyed a banana.
